Guided Meditation for Grounding

After months of asking around, testing out my limited hardware devices, and basically procrastinating due to fear, I have finally created a meditation video…..and as you will see, I have more to learn!  I tend to use perfection as a roadblock to completing large tasks in my life.  I am proud to say this video is far from perfect! I will be making more videos, and they will improve over time, so bear with me!

This short video (about seven minutes) will guide you through a simple meditation that includes a description of qigong breathing.  You can use this meditation any time, which means once a day, once a week, a few times a day, for a few minutes or longer.  The more you use this meditation, the greater your results!  The benefits of this type of  grounding meditation are endless: reduced stress, more peace and calm, improved health, sleep, happiness, and feeling of wellness, and more confidence, compassion, and love, just to name a few!
