Would you like to heal your emotions and balance your energy with the season of fall? Depression, grief, and sadness can be challenging emotions during this season. Watch this two-minute video to learn a simple technique that can balance your energy, transform blockages, and heal emotions.

According to the Five Element theory, the fall is associated with the metal element. This is the time when we are harvesting the seeds we planted in the spring. Evaluating what went well and what we would like to change. Difficult emotions associated with the fall include depression, sadness, and grief. The positive emotions associated with the fall are contentment and courage.

Unbalanced emotions will lead to physical problems (blockages) over time if left un-addressed or untreated. Physical symptoms associated with the metal element and the fall season may include lung problems (asthma, coughs, colds, chest infections, breathing problems), sinus problems (colds, headaches, congestion, sinusitis), skin problems (rashes, eczema, psoriasis, hives), and/or problems with the large intestine or bowels (irregularity, IBS, constipation, diarrhea). Often if we can balance the emotions, many of these symptoms will clear up with consistent practice.
