–Design your life and year with intention
Gracefully say goodbye to 2022 as you align yourself with the infinite potential of 2023!
There is so much waiting for you!
Is it just me or does time seem to be moving quickly?
Are you living life or is life living you?
Living intentionally means not going through your days on autopilot, but instead taking action on what makes you feel the most fulfilled and aligned.
What does it mean to live intentionally?
One of the best ways to live a fulfilling life is to live with intention – meaning, the choices you make are made with purpose.
Living an intentional life means that the way you choose to spend your time and the decisions you make are all in service to the purpose you have set for your life.
Your intentions aren’t going to be the same as everyone else’s. Only you know what you want for your life. And only you can take the steps necessary to make it happen for yourself.
I am all for setting goals but I have found that goals only work when they are connected to meaning. So instead of setting goals, I prefer to connect to how I want to feel and then find ways to infuse that feeling into my daily, monthly, and annual activities.
But how do you know what you really want or how you want to feel?
Everything is energy. We can align our energy with our intention to create a life that is in alignment with our soul. Through qigong, mindful movement, journaling, meditation and community, we can connect to our souls to find meaning and purpose in our activities.
During this interactive workshop, you’ll reflect on the year that’s passed and celebrate your successes (there were many!). Then you will ground in the present moment as you say goodbye to 2022 and set intentions for the coming year based on how you want to feel. Then you will break down intentions into doable tasks that will support you in taking aligned action to bring more of that feeling into your life, relationships, work, and leisure.
We will clear stagnant energy and memories as we move our energy through qigong. We will focus on the present moment and connect to our soul through meditation. Then we will set intentions for the coming year based on the soul-guidance you receive.
Feel aligned with your values as you create a year of intention and purpose.
During this workshop you will:
*Learn how to be present
* Appreciate your uniqueness
*Ground and balance your energy
*Get clear on how you want to live
*Define a daily strategy to support your intentions
*Receive support and inspiration in breakout sessions
*Take inspired action
*Unleash your creativity
*Feel inspired for the coming year!
Living with intention is about making deliberate choices in how we live each day.
This becomes easier when there is an overall purpose or objective to the day to day activities. I’m here to guide you to tune into your own inner wisdom and awareness. I believe that each day we have the choice to Live Intentionally – adding what serves you and removing what doesn’t.
I believe that the teachings and practice of qigong can assist us in choosing to live with intention, including what we choose to fill our minds with and how we show up at work, home, and for ourselves and others.
Intentional living is a powerful form or self-love.
Living with intention is the best way to live a fulfilling and purposeful life!
