How it works…

During the RESET Challenge you will participate in one 30 minute phone call per week for 5 weeks. You will receive your 5 Day RESET kit in the mail prior to the first call. For $179 you will receive your 5-Day RESET Kit, tracking sheet, recipes, a suggested meal plan, email support, and 5 weekly Health Coaching Calls (each call is thirty-minutes of health, nutrition & Q&A trainings).

Your first 5 days of the RESET CHALLENGE will consist of cleansing, or “RESETTING” the body with the 5 Day RESET. On the first call, you will choose which program is best for you to continue on for the next 4 weeks, Phase I or Phase II, depending on your health & weight goals. You will track your results on the RESET Challenge Tracking sheet provided via email after registration.  For the next 4 calls (see call schedule below), we will have a 30 minute meeting via conference call (details provided after registration).

WEEK 1- 

Getting Started with the 5 Day RESET! Tips, strategies, and ideas to jumpstart your RESET Challenge. You will be choosing Phase I or Phase II of the program on this call.

WEEK 2

Transitioning to Phase I or II – how to easily incorporate this program into your life. We will also reflect on the positive changes you’ve already made and learn more about improving our skin & hair, immune system and energy.

WEEK 3

Eating Out, Parties and Traveling – we’ll discuss how to keep with your healthy lifestyle no matter where or what situation you are in, such as the best options to choose at restaurants, in airports and at social gatherings.

WEEK 4

Exercise & Proper Supplementation – Learn why moderate exercise and proper supplementation are the keys to unlocking your best self. You don’t have to be a gym-rat to look fabulous, just follow a few easy guidelines to keep your body in check.
